The ideal candidate will be Self-motivated and enthusiastic. You will develop relationships with key potential customers. You act as a consultant by developing strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue and acquire new business with large companies and staffing and recruiting companies too.
3+ plus years of sales consulting or B2B (business to Business).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Have work experience doing sales for job board, psycometric test &/or ATS companies
Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and products demo).
Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
Prepare periodic forecasts and daily progress updates toward new sales.
You will naturally be an individual who is adaptable and flexible to respond to client needs as they evolve during the sales cycle.
You will be able to evidence a history of successfully closing having managed the full sales cycle.
